Terms & Conditions

Realtor agrees to notify seller of scheduled shoot date/time, as well as encourage them to have their home prepared for the appointment. Photographer will not be responsible for moving furniture or cleaning the home during the listing shoot. Shoots that are cancelled the same day will be subject to a $75 cancellation fee.
